It all starts with you dropping us an email through our contact form with information about you and your project and what you need. Once we’ve received your email we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

getting to know you

We’ll send you over an online questionnaire to get a little more information about you and your brand - this helps us really get to know you and create the best work for you. The questionnaire also gives you some proper time to consider exactly what you’re after and get in all your thoughts, goals and inspirations. Once we’ve got all your responses, we’ll come up with a plan on how we’re going to execute what you’re looking for. We’ll send you timelines and the process starts with a 50% deposit up front and a signed contract. You can also schedule a call with us at this point if you’d like to. Once we’ve received your deposit and contract we start the creative process.

your new brand

We’ll create unique, impactful designs that will make a difference to your business over the agreed timeline. We’ll send these back to you via your own personal link, so you can give us the thumbs up! Of course we’re accommodating to tweaks, so we’ll give you two rounds of revisions as part of the project, every time.

At the finish line, you’ll send over the final half of the package cost and we’ll supply everything we’ve agreed and answer any final questions you might have.
